Halloween Poses

Here are some pictures we took in our Halloween costumes, and one of Leia in front of a background that matches her bedroom decor.

my sunflower babies

Here are my three sweet sunflower babies. My Aunt Glenda purchased this costume for Landon, knowing that it is my favorite flower, and my kitchen decor is sunflowers, and over the years for each child's first Halloween I have had a professional picture taken.

Halloween dancing

The boys having fun dancing to the costume parade tunes at the annual Ferguson "Halloweenie".

Halloween parade

Here is part of the Halloween costume parade/judging....this was the 0-4 yr old category that Leia won first place! :-)

Lando attempts macarena

Earlier this month we went to our new neighbor Emerson's birthday party at a pump it up bounce house place, and they had a fun dancing segment. Landon was really cute trying to do all the dance moves...I captured a little of the "macarena". :-)

Star Wars Halloween

We won the costume contest! All the costume drama (mostly with Lincoln!) was worth it as we took first place in the family costume contest at the Ferguson family annual "Halloweenie", and Leia also took first place in the 0-4 yr old category! Hooray!

Our Star Wars themed Halloween in honor of our princess Leia was a blast. We enjoyed hot dogs and hanging out with friends and neighbors at the Ferguson home, and then went trick or treating. Landon was quite the speed demon- racing from house to house, and toward the end Aaron said he had his candy bag around his neck to free up his hands to eat the candy on the go to optimize time! Lincoln got the hang of trick or treating rather quickly, and, just like Landon when he was two, Lincoln wanted to eat every piece of candy that was handed to him. Both boys ended up having quite a few treats- we'll see how they sleep tonight!

Happy Halloween!

Fall Festival Fun

The kiddos and I had a blast at our annual homeowners association fall festival on Saturday. We enjoyed a train ride, a hay ride (perhaps all of the kiddos first one!), pumpkin painting, sand bracelet creating, magnet coloring, bobbing for cookies, and bean bag tossing. Oh, and Landon even went on a pony ride (Lincoln turned down the pony ride- he has yet to hop on a moving animal yet!).
