Leia swinging

Our Princess Leia likes to swing. This video footage might make you a little sick....watching the swinging back and forth was messing with me! Notice our neighbor dog, Simon, in the background. The kids "borrow" him from time to time and play with him....just the way we like it...a dog to play with on the other side of the fence...where all its poo and mess stays too. Some of the fun, none of the responsibility! :-)

Laughing dog

The creepy laughing dog is back! My parents gave the boys the dog a few years ago for Christmas, and recently someone pulled it down from the playroom and turned it on. The kiddos are getting a kick out of it. Most adults are a little scared of it....the evil laugh has spooked us all at one point or another....last night I finished putting the kids to bed and came downstairs and the thing went off (it has a motion sensor), and I totally jumped- it got me good.

Globe sprinkler

This is how my boys spent the last day of February....running through their new sprinkler! What fun! From snow to 80 degrees in two weeks...we are lovin' this ever-changing Texas weather.

Landon whistling

Landon has been working on learning to whistle for a while now....and this past week he finally did it! He is so proud, and has been sharing his whistling skills with his preschool teachers and friends, and I often hear him whistling throughout his day.

we made our annual/semi-annual trek for sand last week....a fun tradition we have with the Fergusons

the kiddos think the ride in the back of the truck is the best part!

sweet friends

We walked up to the park the other day and Landon and Kale chatted the whole way home (mostly about Lego Batman!)- they really are sweet friends and good buddies.
